Mindset, is a particular way of thinking, a person’s attitude or set of opinions about something.
Fixed or Growth Mindset?
People with a Fixed Mindset believe you either are or are not good at something, based on your inherent nature, because it’s just who you are.
People in a Growth Mindset believe anyone can be good at anything, because your abilities are entirely due to your actions and thoughts.
Which Mindset Are You?
Examples Fixed & Growth:
In fixed , you want to hide your flaws from everyone, so you’re not judged or labeled a failure.
In growth, your flaws are just a TO-DO list of things to improve, so you work on improving them.
In fixed, you search within yourself to find your true passion and purpose, as if this is a hidden inherent thing.
In growth, you commit to mastering skills regardless of mood, knowing passion and purpose come from great work, which comes from expertise and experience.
In fixed, failures tend to define you. If you fail, you think all effort was wasted.
In a growth, it’s all about the process, so the outcome hardly matters.
Fixed is the most common and the most harmful, so it’s worth understanding and considering how it’s affecting you and take steps to change it.
In growth , you will make a commit to master valuable skills regardless of your current mood.
You will be aware that passion and purpose come from doing great work, which comes from expertise and experience.
Your mind itself is not fixed. You can change your mindset just by training your mind to think the way you want it to.
Keep in mind when you are training your mind, that developing the right mindset is crucial to succeed in anything.

Change the world by changing your mind
Everybody has a set of assumptions that has been programmed into their mind over the years. This is called a ‘mindset.’
The assumptions are so well established in our minds that we end up following the prior behaviors and choices of people within the same mindset without ever asking any questions.
It is very difficult to change your present mindset. In fact, it takes a massive amount of will to change it.
When you really get serious about changing your mindset you will have to choose to accept a Paradigm Shift.
You will have to identify the mindset that you are in right now as well as the mindset that you would like to be in.
You can make a Paradigm shift many times in your life, But you have to do so by choice and you have to work at it.
You have to energetically work to challenge everything that you believe in right now, and make sure that your beliefs fall in line with the mindset that you want to be in.
The Paradigm is so powerful, when you finally end up changing it, you literally step into a whole new world.
It is like a whole new reality that you never knew existed! It was right there before you the whole time, but your mind made it so that you couldn’t see it.
The impossible suddenly becomes the probable and what was abnormal can turn into the new norm.
Changing your mindset is one example of shaping your world, and the world is yours to mold.
Ask yourself these questions, What do you want, What gets you excited, What inspires you, What gets you fired up?
Don’t ever stop asking yourself those questions. if you run into a barrier, ask yourself if it’s reality, or if it’s your mindset getting in the way.
If it’s your mindset then tell it to get the out of your way. You’ve got a life to live and you’re not getting any younger.
Most people go through their entire life without understanding this.
Agree not to be one of them, as it could limit every single area of your life.
You see, because it is a cybernetic mechanism, the image you hold of yourself sets the boundaries of your life…
If you have a “small” self-image, you build a tiny box around yourself. A big or powerful self-image creates a large box.
So the question is… Are you caught in a vicious or beneficial cycle?
You might not be clear on the details of the mental picture you have of yourself.
But make no mistake, they are there.
These details are based on beliefs you formed about yourself from past experiences. Your successes and failures.
Your humiliations and triumphs. And the way other people have treated you, especially during early childhood.
As with any paradigm, once a belief about yourself goes into this picture, it becomes “true” without you questioning its validity.
